Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you order electrical product from Studz Electric Supply — orders, pricing, payment, warranty and liability.

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Studz Electric Supply, operated by StudzSupply LLC (“Studz Electric,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order on studzelectric.com you agree to these Terms.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Trade and project pricing is set per account.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, and shipping.
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Descriptor
Card statements for purchases will show STUDZ. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will help resolve it quickly.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required. Tax-exempt and resale customers may provide a valid exemption certificate to have applicable tax removed from qualifying orders.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Products carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty; except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Product information & proper use
Product images and descriptions are for reference. Electrical products must be selected, installed, and used by qualified persons in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and manufacturer instructions. You are responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your application.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studz Electric’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
