Shipping policy

We ship electrical supply across the contiguous United States from regional distribution stock. This policy explains processing times, shipping methods, freight, and delivery.

Processing & same-day shipping

• In-stock orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CT on a business day ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
• Larger releases, freight items, and special orders are scheduled with you at the time of order.

Shipping methods & cost

• Standard parcels ship via ground carrier at a flat rate shown at checkout.
• Wire & cable reels, switchgear lineups, and other oversized or heavy items ship by LTL freight, quoted per order so you pay actual cost. We provide a delivered price before large orders ship.
• Expedited and next-day service is available on request for in-stock parcels — contact the counter for a rate.

Delivery times

Ground transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on destination. Freight delivery windows are scheduled directly with you and the carrier. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Will-call & local delivery

Choose will-call at checkout and we will stage your order at the counter for pickup during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CT). We also run jobsite delivery throughout the region — ask us for a delivery window.

Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including carrier tracking for parcel shipments. For freight or will-call, we contact you to coordinate delivery or pickup.

Shortages, damage & carrier claims

• Inspect every shipment at delivery. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for freight.
• Report damage or shortages within 5 business days with your order number and photos so we can file a carrier claim and replace product.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Some oversized or hazmat-classified items may have carrier restrictions; we will let you know before your order ships if a restriction applies.
